All products purchased from Granata are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree that you will not resell, redistribute, modify, or export any product ordered from our website. Resale of our products outside of authorized channels may affect the safety, efficacy, or integrity of the product.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction; limit quantities per order; modify or discontinue products without prior notice; and refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, AUTOMATIC BILLING, AND CANCELLATION
Certain products on granata.store are offered as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize Granata to automatically charge your selected payment method at the billing frequency chosen during checkout, until you cancel.
Billing Intervals
Granata currently offers subscriptions at the following billing frequencies, selected by you during checkout: every 4 weeks, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next billing date. You will be charged at the price shown in your order summary at the time of each renewal. Granata reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, packaging, or benefits at any time with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal at granata.store or by emailing info@granata.store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will not be charged for the following cycle. Orders that have already been processed or shipped prior to cancellation cannot be refunded under the cancellation policy.
Checkout Authorization Notice
By clicking "Complete Purchase" on a subscription order, you agree to be charged at the price and frequency shown in the order summary, recurring automatically until you cancel. You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime by logging into your customer portal at granata.store or by emailing info@granata.store. By completing this purchase, you also agree to Granata's Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver set out in Section 13.
6. PAYMENT
By submitting payment information to us, you represent and agree that you are fully authorized to use that card or payment account; all payment information provided is complete, current, and accurate; you are responsible for any payment card or bank fees associated with your transaction; and sufficient funds or credit exist to pay the amounts due.
We and our third-party payment processors may request and receive updated credit card information from your card issuer when your card has expired. If you wish to opt out of your card's automatic update service, contact your card issuer directly.
Granata is not responsible for any fees or charges applied by your bank or card issuer. If a charge is reversed or disputed, we may bill you directly and seek payment by alternative means. Chargeback fraud and abuse may result in permanent account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
7. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
Your electronic order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or deny any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In the event we deny your order, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. Granata will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from our refusal to process or fulfill any order. We reserve the right to require additional information before processing any order.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Accurate shipping address and contact information are required at checkout. Granata is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Granata is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete customer information, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you discover an error in your order after submission, or wish to cancel before shipment, please contact us immediately at info@granata.store. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has begun processing.
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier shall be deemed sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature, as circumstances at the delivery address are beyond our control.
9. REFUND AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
365-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Granata offers a 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee only under the following qualifying conditions: the item arrives damaged or defective; the package is confirmed lost or was never delivered; or there is a verified issue confirmed by our support team via email.
For subscription purchases, the guarantee applies only to the most recent billing and delivery cycle. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unwanted items.
All refund and guarantee decisions are made at the sole discretion of Granata following review of the claim. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. To request a refund, email info@granata.store.
Standard Return and Refund Policy
Purchases that do not qualify for the 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee are subject to our standard return policy as communicated by our support team. After a return is received and processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account depending on your financial institution.

ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

THIS INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, HEALTH-RELATED CLAIMS, AND COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, GRANATA IS FOUND LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY, GRANATA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GRANATA IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $500.00.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION – MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE WITH GRANATA ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, GRANATA'S PRIVACY POLICY, GRANATA'S ADVERTISING OR MARKETING PRACTICES, OR GRANATA'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING, FINAL, AND CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ("AAA") UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES. THIS PROVISION IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine whether a dispute is arbitrable and shall follow applicable substantive law. The arbitrator may award all remedies available in an individual lawsuit, including compensatory, statutory, and punitive damages, declaratory and injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees where available under applicable law.
THE ARBITRATOR MAY ONLY RESOLVE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND GRANATA INDIVIDUALLY AND MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR HEAR CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.
UNLESS YOU OPT OUT, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO: (A) HAVE A COURT OR JURY DECIDE YOUR DISPUTE; (B) PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION IN COURT OR ARBITRATION; OR (C) ACT AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision within thirty (30) days of your first purchase by emailing info@granata.store with your name, the product purchased, and a statement of your intent to opt out.
Notwithstanding the above, Granata reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving infringement or misappropriation of its intellectual property rights.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Granata, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms; your use or misuse of our website, products, or services; your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or any content or information you submit to our website.
