Subscription Orders

For recurring subscription purchases, our guarantee applies to the most recent billing and delivery cycle. If you need to manage or cancel your subscription, please do so via your customer portal or contact us at info@granata.store before your next billing date.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our consumable supplements, we do not accept exchanges.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on empty or used product containers within the 365-day guarantee period. To process a return, you are required to ship the empty product containers back to our designated return address. Order Cancellations
